► Do you offer guarantees?

We strive for excellence; and through our experience, mistakes are very few and far between. However, in the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with the end result, or you have not received a single interview, we will happily re-write the resume free of charge. Minor corrections are always included.

► What's included in the pricing of resumes?

You will be assigned an award-winning consultant who has expertise in HR, Recruitment and Professional Resume Writing (we don't use trainees!). Most professional resumes are designed using the "competency based" technique. You will also be able to interact with the consultant on career advice during the assignment.

► Do I need to attend your offices?

No - we currently serve clients across all states and internationally too. Consultation is made through email or telephone which allows total flexibility around your lifestyle - anytime, any day!

► What makes this resume writing service different?

► What should I email you with ?

A current resume (if you have one), if not, a brief summary profile of your background with a quick outline of the roles you are applying to. 

►  What happens next?

We will provide you with a quote and outline of the work required. No payment is required until the quote is accepted, after which, a deposit of $70 will be requested. 

► How long does the process take?

We'd estimate around 3 - 5 working days from when the assignment begins. Just tell us at the time of enquiry how soon you require this to be done.  

► Are you registered?

Yes, we are registered with the Department of Fair Trading for Australia, and as such, have become a trusted Australian business. We are also members of the association of professional resume writers.
